How it works

  1. Get a quote

    Use the estimate above or send us your size and town on WhatsApp. We confirm the design and transport cost.

  2. Pay the deposit

    A 60% deposit by EFT secures your order and materials.

  3. We build on site

    A 3 × 3 m wendy house takes about a day. A 2-bedroom Nutec house takes about 10 days. 35% is due once the walls reach window level.

  4. Final inspection

    We walk through the finished build with you, and the last 5% is paid.

Questions customers ask

How long does a build take?

It depends on the size. A 3 × 3 m wendy house is built in about one day, and a complete 2-bedroom Nutec house takes about 10 days. Your quote includes a timeline for your build.

Is delivery included?

Delivery is free within 100 km of our yard in Klerksoord, Pretoria. Further away, you only pay R40 for each kilometre past the first 100 km. For example, a site 150 km away pays R2,000 transport. Building the structure on your site is included in the price.

How do I pay?

By EFT, in three stages: a 60% deposit when you order, 35% when the walls reach window level, and the final 5% after the final inspection. We don't accept cheques.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Every build comes with a workmanship guarantee: 5 years on small wendy houses, and up to 15 years on large complete houses. The exact period for your build is stated on your quote.

What's included in a complete Nutec or log house?

Complete houses are turn key: plumbing and electrics supplied and fitted, kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes. Wendy houses and log cabins on bricks exclude drywalling, plumbing and electrics.

Do I need building plans?

Many municipalities require approved plans for larger structures. Submitting plans is the owner's responsibility and plan fees aren't included in our prices. Ask us if you're unsure.

Do you build outside Gauteng?

Yes, we build anywhere in South Africa, including the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape and Free State.
