What a Mutsamvi wendy house is
Our wendy houses are louver wood cabins: a treated timber frame clad in 16 mm logs, on a timber base, with pine windows and doors. We price them at R1,190 per square metre, and the price includes building the structure on your site.
People use them for garden storage, a home office, a spare room, a workshop or a backyard room to rent out. Every size is built to order, so you can choose the length, width, window and door positions.
What's included, and what isn't
- Included: timber frame, log cladding, floor, pine windows and doors, roof and building on your site.
- Not included: drywalling, plumbing and electrics. These can be added on request at extra cost.
- Door locks: for security, you supply your own locks, or we fit locks you provide.
Want a room with plumbing, electrics and a kitchen? A complete Nutec house or complete log house is built turn key.

How do I pay?
By EFT, in three stages: a 60% deposit when you order, 35% when the walls reach window level, and the final 5% after the final inspection. We don't accept cheques.
