Log homes and log cabins
Timber log homes built complete and turn key, or log cabins on a brick base. CCA-treated timber, built on your site.
Two ways to build in timber
Complete log house, R4,200/m². Built turn key with plumbing and electrics supplied and fitted, kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes.
Log cabin on bricks, R1,500/m². The timber structure on a brick base, excluding drywalling, plumbing and electrics.
Built to last
Cladding is CCA-treated timber: copper protects against rot, arsenic against insects, and chrome fixes both into the wood permanently. Raised homes stand on H4 CCA-treated poles planted about 600 mm deep, and we can build up to 3 m off the ground for sloping sites.
